He brings with him excellent business acumen and plays a critical role in S&R’s business expansion and managing key stakeholders for executive search business. Prior to See & Recruit; he worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Ernst & Young, SBI Capital Markets and Crisil (S&P Company).

Phalguni Rathod founded See & Recruit in Jan 2007 and brings with her a proven track record of a successful talent search. She brings with her strong ability to build execution and operations driven organization. Phalguni started her professional career with Standard Chartered Bank and has also worked with a leading executive search firm. She is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, (IIM) Bangalore.

She is a well networked professional and has hands-on experience in Sales, CRM and Operations. At See & Recruit she focuses on Real Estate and BFSI executive mandates in the South region. She is an alumni of NIT Jaipur and has pursued PGDM in Marketing. Shikha has worked with firms like Hettich, Wipro, Mantri and she joins us from Total Environment Building systems.

She has been with See & Recruit for close to 5 years now. Prior to See & Recruit, she has worked with companies like Quadrangle, SBI Mutual Funds, and Destimoney Securities. At See & Recruit; she heads the HR department.
